Pattern Design
Meet your creative needs, combine your design concepts and style preferences, adapt to flooring characteristics and UV technology, and create exclusive patterns.

UV Printing
Import the confirmed pattern through a professional UV inkjet printer, match with high-quality ink with strong adhesion to improve the vividness and adhesion of the pattern, and add an easy-to-clean coating (EZ Care) synchronously to balance pattern texture and cleaning convenience, ensuring clear patterns and long-lasting colors.

Automatic Cutting
Send the printed flooring to the automatic cutting equipment, import accurate size parameters, the equipment automatically positions and cuts accurately, ensuring that each piece of flooring has uniform specifications and smooth edges without burrs, adapting to subsequent paving needs.

Edge Binding
Edge banding is optional as needed. Two specifications are available: 2.5 cm (about 1 cm after binding) and 5 cm (about 2.2 cm after binding), with various colors and patterns to match the flooring style, balancing protection and aesthetics.

Finished Product Inspection & Delivery
Conduct strict piece-by-piece inspection on the cut finished products, focusing on checking the pattern, color, size and substrate quality; packaged with professional protective packaging, logistics distribution is arranged according to customer requirements, and perfect after-sales support is provided simultaneously.
